This Temporary Privacy Policy applies to the Websites and Services (“Services”) operated by Doubt Out Training (“Company”) on which this policy is linked. The Company will update this Privacy Policy as necessary and is subject to change. This Policy sets out how the Company and its Affiliates may collect and use any personal information which You provide through the Services.

Interpretation & Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined as follows in the Definitions section below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

Company: (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Doubt Out, Doubt Out Training or Doubt Out Skills Training,

Cookies: small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile Device or any other Device by a Website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that Website among its many uses.

Device: any Device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Provider: Squarspace or entities Squarspace uses to provide the platform for the Service.

You: (referred to also as “User”) the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

Information Collected

The Company collects any information that You provide to the Services. When You make a booking or register for an account, You may be asked to provide Your name, email address, password, and phone number. If You choose to pay through the Services, You may also submit credit card or other purchase information. The Personal Data collected depends on how You use the Service, and may include:

·      Contact information such as address and phone number of family members;

·      If You are using the Services on behalf of Your child, information about Your child/children;

·      Messages and chat that You send via the Services;

·      Payment information;

·      Messages and feedback You send to the Company; and

·      Transactional information.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service which collects Personal Data to power site analytics and enhance our Service. This may include:

·      Information about Your Devices including Your IP address, operating system and browser type, Device identifiers, Device settings, Device attributes, browser settings, the web pages of the Services You have visited, Services visited before and after You visit a Service, and the content and advertisements You have accessed, seen, forwarded and/or clicked-on;

·      Social media information if You engage with the Service through social media Services or other third-party platforms. The Company may have access to certain information in Your profile depending on Your privacy settings.

·      National governing bodies, including any basketball governing bodies, for instance, to share Your information with a database, if You opt-in to do so;

Your Rights

The Company will only retain Your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce any legal agreements and policies. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Your information, included Personal Data, is processed through the Company and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located, which means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside Your state, province, country or other jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer. 

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and not transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place for the security of Your data and other personal information.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to the Company, but please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of Your Personal Data, though we aim to use commercially acceptable means to do so.

Communications from the Company

If You are contacted with newsletters or promotional emails, You may unsubscribe by following opt-out instructions provided in the correspondence. You may not be able to unsubscribe from emails related to the Services such as booking confirmations and other transactional correspondence and emails. You may be able to access and correct certain information through the features provided by the Services or contacting the Company.
